  2. The struggle is real when you are dieting after the holidays! lol! But you’re right Vanessa, the little positive outcomes are rewards to be happy about.

    1. I would definitely advise you to quit cold turkey. Then focus your time on something less stressful, and positive like exercise or a new hobby. Keep yourself busy with things that will help you live a healthier life. Keep in mind that you are doing yourself a huge favor by quitting smoking. You can do it!
