Roasted honeydew seeds.
In my quest to not waste any part of a fruit or vegetable, I discovered that just like pumpkin seeds, you can also roast honeydew melon seeds. The same simple rules apply… rinse your seeds and lightly add your favorite seasoning. Pre-heat your over to about 300 degrees and use your Silpat (a non-stick mat) on your cooking pan. Place the seeds on the pan, then add sea salt to taste. Oven times may vary… but it generally takes around 20 minutes. This is a delicious, tasty snack that the whole family will enjoy.

That is good too know! As I was throwing seeds away from a squash that I cut last week I was thinking that I should be roasting them. Thanks for sharing!

Just cut open a huge honeydew melon and scooped out the seeds, then thought to Google roasting them
