Happy healthy Monday morning!!
I just finished loading up my grocery cart with lots of fresh fruit , veggies, and other Vanessa approved goodies from my local Trader Joes!
Is it just me or do some of you really enjoy being around the produce department?
When ever I look at all the vibrant colors Of the ripe fruit and vegetables I just get this sense of well-being and a good feeling comes over me.. I know that may sound a bit kookie but Its the truth!
In our family when we are looking board and are looking for something to do we often head over to our closest Whole Foods Market and grab a fresh juice or healthy snack and leisurely browse the store with the high light being me , a camera and loads of pictures being taken of my favorite subjects the fruit,the veg and my girls… when they’ll cooperate ( the girls that is:).

There really is something magical about vibrant whole foods! They not only taste great but they fuel our bodies with some of the most powerful nutrients on the planet.
These glorious gems help our skin glow,give us energy and prevent many illnesses from reeking havoc on our immune systems.

Take a deep breath in and soak up all the goodness in the produce that surrounds you…and don’t forget to load up your cart with a variety of your favorite produce items that nature has so graciously given us.
