Did you know that our mind doesn’t recognize the difference between real fear and perceived fear, and therefore it causes your body to act accordingly? Whether there is a lion chasing you or you are afraid to speak with your boss, your body is going to get the same negative side effects.
In this episode I’m helping you realize the effect i.e. body contracts, head goes down, there’s an aching in your chest, stomach pains etc.. and how to both mentally and physically break out of this stance with tangible tools.
