  1. I have peanut butter & oil-free cracker’s (melba toast).

    now, I will “gorge” on a whole cantaloupe. My other splurge is homemade oat/almond butter/agave nectar raw cookies.

    Late nights are VERY hard, especially since I was bulimic for 17 years.

    1. Isn’t interesting how we often we use food to feel an emotional need? I love anything with peanut butter too!
