One of Vanessa’s favorite aspects of Potlucks is their ability to provide a safe place for other’s to land. When a calm, loving, and inviting atmosphere is created it opens up the floor for discussion on many topics – all judgment, fear and shame free. This beautiful sense of community is sometimes exactly what we need to reconnect and feel loved.

While the internet world is great it sometimes gives us a bit of disconnect.. to truly create a community of health, wellness and happiness we need to reach out and make real connections.
Just think about it, with all of these like minded individuals in the same place sharing their stories openly, and sharing many of the same interest.. you might just find the love of you life. Love at first bite!
