- 4-6 small heads baby bok choy (left intact), feel free to use any variety of bok choy
- umeboshi vinegar or red wine vinegar
- Gomashio (can be found in the Asian aisle typically near the sesame seeds, if you cannot find it, you can just use sesame seeds)
- Bring water to a boil in the bottom of a steamer or a pot fitted with a steamer basket.
- Add the bok choy and steam for 1 to 2 minutes or just until the vegetable is staring to wilt.
- You do not want to over cook it!
- Transfer them to a serving platter.
- Drizzle vinegar over bok choy before serving and top with gomashio or sesame seeds.
