    1. Hi Pamela! So happy that you enjoyed today’s blog. Its important to take time for ourselves everyday but its so easy to get caught up in doing for everyone else. I like to remind myself that I can show up to support others much better when I am well rested and well cared for. ( Not that I am always well rested but the little moments that I can carve out for myself make a big difference in how I show up to the world. A happy mommy equals a happy home:)
