This week’s video recipe features my youngest beauty Bella. Whenever I create a recipe with chocolate in it, my daughter Bella is the first to line up to help, create, and of course lick the bowl, spoon, or blender container. In fact, whenever we are creating new recipes for dessert, if Bella has her say…chocolate will definitely be part of the ingredient list.
The best part of this chocolate mousse pudding recipe is:
A. This Chocolate mousse is an insanely simple yet delicious recipe that will have your whole family or hot mate screaming “More chocolate pudding please!”
B. Contains no dairy ….. great news for your hips and arteries!
Without further ado, enjoy a giggle and a great new recipe to get your taste buds singing!
Chocolate Tofu Mousse
1 pkg extra-firm tofu, drained & pressed for 20-30 minutes
2 TBS cocoa powder
2 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp. almond extract
cinnamon, to taste
favorite fresh fruit, garnish
Put all ingredients, except fresh fruit into the Vitamix or food processor. Garnish with your favorite fresh fruit. This recipe is super easy & will satisfy that sweet tooth! Tofu pudding is not only a delicious dessert, but also a great breakfast. Use seasonal fruit. Enjoy!
