We have all been guilty of buying something and then waiting and waiting and waiting … for the perfect time and place to wear it. Whether it’s our favorite new pair of shoes, pretty panties or a gorgeous new pair of earrings, we often have this unwritten rule that we have to wait for that special occasion to wear them. Guys don’t think that you are exempt from this conversation. I know for a fact that you do this as well … I have checked into my own husband’s closet and I see new purchases with tags still attached from more than a year ago begging to be worn. Today’s Chicfire tip is about not waiting for the someday … Or not waiting for the absolutely appropriate time or place. We need to realize that every single day is special and deserving of our most loved purchases. I know we may not like to hear this but … tomorrow may never come. I have even been known to put on an evening gown and enjoy a glass of wine … at home with no place to go … all because my gown made me feel pretty!
