What… a green light to eat my favorite sweet potato fries?
“Hello…Can I take your order?” “Yes…I would like a large order of french fries…but could you please hold the extra fat, calories and the side of guilt?” I think french fries are as important to our American culture as are baseball and apple pie. The problem is they’re also a contributor to our health care crisis and rising obesity epidemic. Fear not my french fry lovers… I have created the most delicious way to enjoy baked french fries with all of the flavor, but with none of the artery clogging guilt! My family and I enjoy these golden beauties on a regular basis and if you’re not a fan of sweet potatoes, feel free to use a nice russet or Yucatan instead.
