- soy yogurt, any flavor
- uncooked old-fashioned oats, not instant
- Ezekiel or Grape-Nuts cereal
- raisins
- apple
- banana
- berries of your choice
- nuts (optional)
- ground flaxseed
- cinnamon
- unsweetened coconut
- Blend the yogurt, oats & fruit together in a bowl with a spoon.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, flaxseed & coconut.
- Super easy & will satisfy that sweet tooth!
- This is not only a healthy breakfast, but also a great dessert.
- Use seasonal fruit, the list provided is a good fallback for all times of the year, but use what is in season to make it interesting!
