Scrambled Tofu
Scrambled Tofu |
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
- Heat a skillet and sauté the green onions for 3 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
- What really makes this recipe great is what you add to it.
- You can add mushrooms, bell pepper, salsa, jalapeño, hot sauce, or anything else that you would normally put in a scramble.
