With the holidays upon us and plenty of parties to attend please enjoy this family favorite Plantfire cookie recipe and video that will have your family and your guests begging for more!

Bella’s chocolate pumpkin bites
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup carob chips
- or vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 dates,
Soak dates in hot water for 1/2 hour. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Process 1 cup of oats to make in to oat flour. Remove oat flour and set aside. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, dates to processor and process until smooth. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Shape mixture in to balls (about 1 tbs or mixture each). Place on a non-stick cookie sheet. You may sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top and bake for 20 minutes.
