Pineapple Carpaccio
Ingredients
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
½ pineapple, peeled & cored
½ cup blueberries
Instructions
1. Cut all pineapples in half lengthwise, then slice very thinly
2. Arrange on a serving plate. Drizzle with syrup.
3. Top with basil leaves & blueberries.
4. Serve slightly chilled, if preferred.
