Operation muffin Tin
Are you looking for a simple way to serve your family healthy pre- mom approved snacks? If your kids or significant others are like mine when they return from a day of school or from a long day at the office…the first thing that happens once they arrive home is a direct b-line for the pantry. Even with the best intentions to serve healthy snacks when your hungry and haven’t prepared anything you want an instant food fix. This usually means a not your best choice packaged snack. Well ladies and gentleman, I have come up with the perfect solution… Look no further than your cupcake muffin tin.
OPERATION MUFFIN TIN

Step 1. pull out your muffin tin tray
Step 2. pick a variety of healthy snacks to fill up the muffin tin holes.
A few suggestions are
carrot sticks
raisins,
celery
mushrooms
almonds
walnuts
grapes
salsa
hummus
broccoli
strawberries
Let your imagination be the limit to your choices!
Step 3. fill each empty muffin hole with your desired snacks.
step 4. cover tray with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
step 5. Set the tray out and watch the magic happen! I like to set out my snack tray before the kids/or spouse arrives home so that the moment they enter the kitchen they see the tray and dive right into the healthy snacks instead of the pantry.

Ms Chamberlin,
Once again I’ve found a pretty good deal on your post.
Looks like this current shown example COULD change my life coupled with an effort to make “slow food”..
If I understand you correctly in your other blogs, slow food is a natural, not over cooked organic product.
This could be renowned.
Guess I can start thinking about leave my NASA body suit in the trunk of my car so I can avoid the ominous contaminate exposure from our food source !!!!!!!
I’ll contutinue to read the posts.
Keep the suggestions coming.
A respected follower.
