Meatless Monday – Tropical Bliss Smoothie
A Healthy and Yummy Love Affair!
Nothing brings the mind and body to that delightfully relaxing tropical vacation feel faster than coconut and mango. So enjoy the mini mental break as you sip yourself into tropical bliss with one of my favorite summer smoothie recipe. Made with ripe mangoes, vibrant oranges, delightful bananas, with fresh green lettuce and the fusion of coconut tastiness and vanilla, this smoothie is going to taste like a fun happy summer in your mouth! Blend them all together and a magical flavor comes out, that is healthy, dairy-free, gluten-free and definitely zero sugar!

This energy-boosting and power-packed with vitamin C mango smoothie recipe is perfect to get you going through the day. Health benefits are delivered by all the fruits and greens incorporated in this smoothie, starting with my favorite mangoes….
A super easy plant-based concoction that is great for all seasons, especially this hot summer. So get ready for an invigorating and satisfying fruit-charged smoothie!
Tropical Bliss Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or frozen mango sliced
1 cup chopped orange (about 1/2 large orange) 2 ripe frozen bananas
Handful of romaine lettuce
2 cups coconut water or 2 cups coconut milk 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Put everything in the blender on high and blend until smooth and creamy. For a more frozen consistency add ice before blending.
