The Tangy Mango Dressing is all about a refreshing blast of color and flavor!

Tangy Mango Dressing
Ingredients:
1 very ripe diced Manila Mango
6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons water (or more if needed)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
sea salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until completely smooth and thick.
2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
