  1. Hi! Here, in Mexico, we eat jícama just adding lemmon, some salt and powder chile (we can’t live without chile, hehehe). We usually eat it as a snack. I use jícama also in fresh salads, with cucumber, lettuce, carrot (every thing raw), “jitomate” (red tomato), etc., obviously with lemmon.
