Meatless Monday – Popcorn Trail Mix (With Guest Stars)
‘Mix’ It Up with Your New Go-To Snack!
In today’s Meatless Monday recipe and video we’re doubling the fun (and giggles) with Vanessa’s talented little chefs, Bianca and Bella, as our hosts! The girls will show us how to prepare this crunchy plant-based blend of salty and sweet. Get ready for the cutest Meatless Monday episode to date.. and your new favorite snack!
Are you a parent? This snack is perfect for those little ones to munch on, or even make with you! Call your kids in the room and have them watch Bianca and Bella’s recipe creation. I guarantee they’ll feel inspired to put some energy into a healthy hobby. (Which makes for a great bonding experience!)

Ingredients:
2 cups air-popped popcorn
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1/2 cup almonds and cashews mix
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips, unsweetened
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix around, serve and enjoy!
