Meatless Monday – Lime Watermelon and Mint Sorbet
A Fabulous Frozen Feeling!
Serving some sweet sorbet in November? Well, why not?! Chill and relax in your cozy couch while feeling the cold and breezy weather as I treat you with another plant-based refreshing and comforting Lime Watermelon and Mint Sorbet!
Yes, I know it’s already cold outside… so my challenge is to will the warm weather to bless us with its presence with a light, “summery” dessert starring my favorite watermelon!
This very simple recipe is so divine and delicious, creating a burst of flavors by infusing some fresh mint and fresh limejuice, which is actually an awesome combo to create a perfect mouth-watering dessert. I call it my super sorbet because I just know that the flavor is going to taste like a party in my mouth- you must definitely try this RIGHT NOW! =)
All the amazing health benefits, starting with the watermelons, are in this fantastic treat which is why I recommend this to all ages!
Time to take the prize and enjoy this yummy sorbet!
Lime Watermelon and Mint Sorbet
Ingredients:
4 cups diced watermelon
2 tablespoon fresh limejuice
4 fresh leaves of mint
Instructions:
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Strain, then put in a container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy.

Wow this recipes sounds amazing! I love sorbet but I would have never thought about putting these flavors together. I think I have to test this out for myself!!
