Meatless Monday – Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing
Oh-So Deliciouso!
This super easy and delightful no oil, no dairy dressing is one tasty experience that will send your taste buds to happyland! The combination of flavors from all the wonderful ingredients will make you obsess about it. Infused with a citrusy taste, this homemade plant-based tahini dressing is far better than those bought at supermarkets. It’s creamy, yummy and of course healthy!
This dressing will become an instant hit with all the health benefits you’ll get from this gorgeous gluten-free creation. The tahini is one of the best sources of calcium. Our little friends, the chia seeds are packed full of important nutrients and an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. Then, the lemons…
You don’t have to spend so much time making this versatile dressing coz it only takes 10 minutes (or less), then viola! Serve it with your favorite salad or add it to your vegan breakfast burrito or wrap.

Creamy Lemon Tahini Dressing
Ingredients:
¼ cup tahini
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon balsamic
1 teaspoon cashew nuts
sea salt to taste
water (depending on your desired consistency)
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor, then puree until creamy and desired consistency is achieved. Serve and enjoy!
