Meatless Monday – Cranberry Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Holiday or not, make it a special day by celebrating with this oh-so-wonderful chocolate treat from my plant-based, Fire-Driven kitchen! The Cranberry Pistachio Chocolate Bark is oozing with guilt-free sweetness and dare I say healthy, because of the ingredients packed with protein, vitamins and all the good stuff!
This yummy dessert is super fantastic and so easy, which calls for no baking at all! Simple but brilliant- just melt the chocolate, add the pistachios and cranberries and let it cool in the fridge! Wait for a couple of hours and you are in for a chocolatey sweet treat that will bring you to wonderland! You can also customize it with your own favorite nuts and dried fruits, so feel free to explore!

Cranberry Pistachio Chocolate Bark
Ingredients:
1 9oz organic cacao chips
1 cup pistachios, chopped
2 tbs dry cranberries, chopped
Instructions:
1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate chips. Then add pistachios and cranberries. Spread the mixture over parchment paper, put in fridge for 2 hours.
- Break and serve!
