  1. OOOPS! Forgot to add them in my ingredient list! Thanks for catching that! Its one 15 ounce can of rinsed, drained and chopped artichoke.

    You can easily omit the nuts and just add in a bit more oats,beans or cauliflower to make the mix the same serving size as original recipe. You could make this recipe a dozen different ways just by getting creative with different beans and different begins too! You could also try adding a little sunflower seeds for a nuttier consistency if you have a nut allergy – Either way with or without the nuts …These burgers are amazing and healthy. Let me know how it goes!
