Macha Azuki Steam Cake
Macha Azuki Steam Cake |
- 6 oz. brown rice flour
- ½ TBS baking powder
- ⅔ TBS macha (green tea powder)
- ½ cup cooked azuki
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- 1 cup soy milk
- In a medium sized bowl combine ingredients and mix well.
- Place mixture into mini silicone cups or paper cups.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
