Ingredients:
1/2 of 1 lemon
1/2 cup tangerines
basil to garnish
pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Squeeze the lemon juice in a bowl and toss in tangerines (peeled) mash them into a liquidy pulp.
2. Put in some fresh cracked pepper to season.
3. Drizzle over salad and garnish with basil, to taste.
