I am having a massive yard sale and you are all invited!
Have you ever heard of the phrase one man’s junk is another man’s treasure?
Truer words have never been spoken, but the junk that I am talking about isn’t the kind you find at a garage sale. I am specifically speaking about the deep dark often shameful parts of our life that most of us have been conditioned to bury deep inside ourselves… in hopes that they will never be revealed. What if you had the courage to openly and honestly share an unsavory part of your past with the intention of giving someone else permission to see that we are all human with cracks of imperfections… What if by sharing your junk you created a safe place for them to land… a place where they could in return share their pain without judgement.
What if in sharing your stories, there lied a key. A magical key that could unlock not only your personal self-imposed prison cell door, but theirs as well. Would you take the leap of faith and share?
My personal journey shared in this week’s video exposes this very topic.
I have personally taken a leap of faith and I am having a massive yard sale!
Are you ready to release your own pain and in return pay it forward?
Let me know if you have gathered some junk and shared it… what was your personal experience?

If you tweet, than please sing like a bird and tweet it… I love sharing on Facebook too!
Beautiful healthy hugs,
Vanessa
The Heart is deep. There are so many things that we hide in our hearts…shame, guilt, secrets…I understand what you are talking about. My wife and I talk about our hearts daily.
We give God the permission through his Son Jesus to cleanse our hearts daily. I ask daily…”Lord help me with my words today.” Help me with my motivation. What are my intentions today? Help me to uplift someone today. When I speak..remind me of my motivation…help me to bless others today.
