Did you know that the only foods that contain immune strengthening and cancer fighting nutrients are plant foods?
A weakened immune system is one of the biggest causes of cancer…..So with that in mind we should all make a make a conscious effort to enjoy a big salad and lots of fruit,veggies,legumes, and seeds everyday.
Think outside the box…why restrict your salad to a bowl? Consider cutting up fresh vegetables as well as having whole romaine lettuce leaves to use for dipping in guacamole or hummus.
Personally,My girls think it’s a big treat when we get to eat our salad with our hands instead of a fork. So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and dig in….with your fingers of course! It just doesn’t get any more simple or tasty than that!

Holy Moley Guacamole, Sure looks good to me.
I quit eating most chips a long time ago.
