Do you cringe at the thought of having to workout? Instead of complaining or dreading the task of having to create a fitness routine … Look at your workout in a new light… Realize how lucky you are that you CAN workout... You have two legs that allow you to walk, jump and run.

After spending the bulk of the past 60 years avoiding most any form of exercise, four months ago I vowed to make exercise a part of my daily routine. Amazingly, exercise quickly became my friend and I now think of it as a vital part of my identity. Trite as it may sound, I find a day without exercise is much like a day without light. Now, I truly realize how lucky I am to be able to help myself by adding exercise to my daily routine.
I never thought that I would say this regarding our completely polar opposite views on health and exercise for my entire 43 years …BUT after reading your post I am proud to say that we are cut from the same cloth….A day without exercise is a day without sunshine! Way to go…keep up the fantastic job nurturing your body and in turn inspiring others to do the same.
