Dinner is served…for the whole family
If your like me and my family your day starts early and goes non-stop until bedtime. everyday, people rush around, trying to pack everything they can between sunrise and sunset. Eating becomes more of a chore than an event. While driving to the next To-Do Item, they stop at McDonald’s and grab a Big Mac and a Happy Meal for the kids. Then shortly afterward they regret it. But interestingly, even with the gnawing regret ..the cycle of quick and often unhealthy food choices continue. What is a busy family to do? I urge all of you to at least pick one home cooked meal a day that will be enjoyed at the table together. . This gives you and your family the chance to really enjoy the delicious and healthy food that you are eating and allows you and your family to share time together. Talk about your day, share the good times and the bad. Be there together to eat and enjoy your family’s life. Tell me,what could be more important than that?
