Basil-Shallot Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 small shallot, minced
2 TBS white wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
ground white pepper, to taste
sea salt, to taste
Instructions:
1. Whisk together the shallot and vinegar in small bowl.
2. Whisk in the basil, and add white pepper and salt to taste. Drizzle over dish, serve and enjoy!
