Avocado Cilantro Toast
Ingredients:
Hass Avocados
Organic Cilantro
Lemons
Micro greens (optional)
Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
Toasted sprouted grain bread
Salt and Pepper
Jalapeno slices (optional)
Crushed red pepper, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, remove the skin. Add Avocado to bowl and mash.
2. Add the cilantro, chopped cherry tomatoes, squeeze 1/2 of 1 lemons juice, add sea salt and pepper, to taste. Mash the ingredients together.
3. Spread the mixture onto toasted sprouted grain bread.
4. (optional) add the micro greens on top.
5. Serve and enjoy!
