I often hear the complaint “I dont have enough time, money or energy to make my own fresh juice.” Lazy summer days are the perfect time to dust off your juicer and get juicing some of the season’s best produce.  Allow me to debunk the top 3 excuses for not wanting to develop the juicing habit.
A. The summer generally leaves you with a little extra time… vacations, no early school schedules to adhear to, ect…
B. It costs too much to juice… if you juice produce that is in season, it will be at its freshest and generally, be at its lowest cost of the entire year.
C. One of the many great reasons for drinking fresh juice is that you get that instant energy from the juice as it immediately hits your blood stream.
