Bella’s Strawberry Banana Shake
Bella’s Strawberry Banana Shake |
- 2 cups frozen strawberries*
- 1 frozen banana*
- 1 handful cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite plant milk)
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 2 TBS vanilla extract
- 1 TBS ground flax seed**
- handful of romaine lettuce; optional, extra nutritional credit 🙂
- handful of ice
- Put all ingredients in blender.
- Mix well & serve!
*If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, just add ice to get your desired consistency.
**If using a high-speed blender, like a Vitamix, you can keep the flax seeds whole.
