Don’t think for a second that your children’s future health doesn’t start the moment that he or she is born… An overweight child will more than likely become the overweight adult… Yes…it may be easier to say yes to your child than to hear him cry, BUT what if you really understood that saying no to junky processed crap today would give him or her a healthier lifestyle tomorrow… Not to mention a healthy self esteem to boot! My own daughters are a shining example of what can be possible if you stand strong and feed you and your entire family with healthy whole foods… Yes, it’s not always easy… BUT boy, the rewards of seeing my daughter’s vibrant healthy bodies growing strong is more than worth it!

WOW!! The video is so true. Once the body becomes use to a high caloric intake it becomes an addiction and you can’t stop. A statistic says that once an addict only 10% or less can really kick the habit.
