Why not toast to your health… with my delicious Green Tropical Smoothie recipe.
V’s Green Tropical Smoothie
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup frozen tropical fruit
-1/2 cup almond milk (or your favorite plant milk)**
-1/2 cup filtered water
-1 TBS hemp seed
-handful of kale
-handful of spinach
Put all of the ingredients in a blender or Vitamix.
Mix well & serve. Enjoy!
** You can use 1 cup of almond milk, but to cut the fat content in half, use 1/2 cup milk & 1/2 cup filtered water and you won’t even be able to taste the difference!
