Is your light on?

They say that the eyes are the window to the soul and while I definitely believe that,  I feel even stronger about how a smile can light up the room!

When is the last time you genuinely put a heart-felt grin on your face?

In a world that seems so full of financial insecurity, war and sickness we may forget that there actually is so much to smile about.

It’s often just the little things that cost absolutely nothing that bring the most genuine smiles to our hearts and to our face.

Was it when your daughter came home with a huge proud smile of achievement over scoring a perfect grade on her spelling test or was it when your favorite pooch came close for a little cuddle.

Maybe it was when you  had that quiet knowing inside of you that you where pretty darn lucky to be living a life full of family and friends and so much possibility to be and do all that you desire.

Just remember that what ever may be going on in your life at any given time  there is always something somewhere to smile and be grateful for.

I promise you that if you open your eyes, ears and heart you will see so many things in the world worthy of that awesome smile that you possess!
