Did you know that healthy gums are directly related to healthy endothelial cells?If your gums ,teeth, and mouth aren’t in great shape then neither are your arteries that keep your blood flowing and heart pumping. the best plan to achieving a sparkling smile and kissable breath is to eat a plant strong diet, brush your teeth atleast 2 times a day and always floss….even when you don’t feel like it…floss anyway…your heart will thank you:)

How often do you floss? If you answered 1 or 2 times a week….march yourself into the bathroom right now and start flossing….an unflossed mouth is definitely not a sexy healthy mouth.
