    Love it! Very similar to my go-to travel workout of HIIT (high intensity interval training). I used to use a stopwatch and time myself for 1 minute of each exercise, but it became even simpler when I switched to an app – just like you said. I use the (very basic) free app “Interval Timer”. I love that Tabata is even quicker and simpler so none of us have any excuses! 😉
