Curry Veggie Burger- Wowlicious!
An insanely good homemade veggie burger is coming your way via my #MeatlessMonday treat today! Presenting, the Curry Cauliflower Burger that’s oozing with flavors and fun! Just the sight of these gorgeous patties will make you fall in love with veggie burgers if you’re used to having the meaty ones. These burgers are prepared to perfection with on point delightfulness!
The golden brown burgers have an easy recipe to follow, yet a tasty and mouthwatering meal to serve your friends and family. They are moist, textured curried patties that are even more delectable when partnered with the tahini sauce. You can enjoy this burger in several ways such traditionally serving on a bun, or chopped up on a tortilla, or maybe combined with a salad.
The rock star ingredients provides both yummy and healthy factors that are ideal for anyone who wants to get away with those traditional greasy burgers. I guarantee that you are going to love these amazing burgers as soon as they hit your dinner table.

Curry Cauliflower Burger
1 cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 15oz. can black eyed peas
1 teaspoon curry powder
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
For the tahini sauce:
3 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons tahini paste
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Preheat the oven to 390 degrees.
- Wash the cauliflower and cut in small florets, bake for about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a food processor, add the remaining ingredients. Process until you achieve a chunky mixture, then form patties.
- Cook the patties on each side for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Blend together all the ingredients for the sauce.
- Serve burger with sauce.
