Hello, Heavenly Hummus!

Happy for hummus! Yes, this is one perfect recipe that is so easy and fun to make. This Hummus with Roasted Pistachios is direct to the point delicious- no oil, no dairy, just pure plant-based goodness.

The chickpeas and pistachios create a very interesting and incredible flavor. It’s ridiculously so tasty with all the fantastic ingredients combined together, then insanely infused with the zest of lemon juice and the sharp and strong flavors of Dijon mustard… enough for you to drool! =) And the excitement does not end here, this recipe form such an amazing base for anything and everything you want to experiment and make variations of. You can add or switch around ingredients and spices and create an infinite universe of flavors and textures! Of course the health benefits are tremendously high in this spectacular hummus! Hummus with Roasted Pistachios


2 15-oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

½ cup roasted and salted pistachios, and some more for garnish

2 cloves of garlic

3 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

sea salt and pepper to taste




  1. In a blender, mix all the ingredients together. Blend well adding water until you achieve your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.
