The joy of serving amazing, good food is worth sharing! Today, we are going to get our healthy treat powered by a nice crunch gluten-free, vegan and non-gmo rice cakes! So, let’s fulfill those sweet fantasies by experiencing another wonderful plant-based recipe from my Fire-Driven kitchen, shall we? This flavorful Fruity Almond Butter Rice Cakes are the double D’s- delightful and delicious!

Some may find rice cakes as plain diet food and quite boring, but when you put on your creative hat, a simple rice cake can definitely turn into a fantastic gastronomical adventure! Think of these versatile rice cakes as your blank canvass that you can create your own work of art- with fancy and nutritious toppings that can get your taste buds really excited! This version has a touch of almond butter, and a generous helping of strawberries, blueberries and bananas as splendid toppings. And of course, there are loads of imaginative ways to present and eat rice cakes for breakfast, lunch, dinner or when you’re just feeling snacky!


This recipe has tons of nutritional value that will really give your body the power-boost it needs. The rice cakes have 60 or less calories in each serving. Blueberries are a good source of fiber that promotes digestion. Bananas are high in potassium and vitamin B6. And then, there are the vibrant strawberries…

Fruity Almond Butter Rice Cakes


– brown rice cakes

– almond butter

– strawberries (sliced)

– blueberries

– banana

– hemp seeds



  1. Spread the almond butter on the brown rice cakes. Place the strawberries, blueberries and banana on top, then sprinkle some hemp seeds. Serve and enjoy!
