A Super Sensational Berry Smoothie!

Get your mornings on the go with this freezer-friendly Bella’s All-Star Berry Smoothie that is healthy, nutritious and oh-so refreshing! This delightful concoction, which is of course no doubt super delish is made up of all the good stuff- blueberries, strawberries, cherries, chia and flax seeds and kale!

This is the real-deal flavor combo without the unwanted sugar and fats. This smoothie is a great addition to your morning routine coz it’s power-packed with omega 3 that gives you the energy throughout the day, plus you’ll get that bonus anti-oxidant boost.

The prep is so easy and fun, just throw all the rock star ingredients straight to the blender! Absolutely no thawing, just add your almond milk and then viola- a powerhouse treat for your body, mind and spirit!

This amazing smoothie boasts of an incredible list of health benefits. The superfruit blueberries are loaded with vitamins and full of anti-oxidants. This all-star smoothie powered by my beautiful daughter Bella is filling enough to keep you going post workout and light enough to make you feel so high and fly with that vibrant glow.

Bella’s All-Star Berry Smoothie


1 scoop protein powder

½ teaspoon chia seeds and ½ teaspoon flax seeds

1 cup frozen cherry

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup strawberries

handful of kale

1 cup almond milk



  1. Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend to your desired consistency.
