Made with ripe mangoes, vibrant oranges, delightful bananas, with fresh green lettuce and the fusion of coconut tastiness and vanilla, this smoothie is going to taste like a fun happy summer in your mouth! Blend them all together and a magical flavor comes out, that is healthy, dairy-free, gluten-free and definitely zero sugar!

A super easy plant-based concoction that is great for all seasons, especially this hot summer. So get ready for an invigorating and satisfying fruit-charged smoothie!
Tropical Bliss Smoothie
2 cups fresh or frozen mango sliced
1 cup chopped orange (about 1/2 large orange) 2 ripe frozen bananas
Handful of romaine lettuce
2 cups coconut water or 2 cups coconut milk 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Put everything in the blender on high and blend until smooth and creamy. For a more frozen consistency add ice before blending.
