We All Want to Be Fit and Healthy!

..But sometimes we’re busy, burned out or not sure what exercises to do! Being healthy and fit really does require a commitment to a daily routine. Today I want to share something with you that is so simple but SO powerful.. this routine is going to take your body to the next level, and it’s called Tabata!

Within this episode I will be physically demonstrating my daily Tabata routine, plus sharing tips on accomplishing your goals, the right App to use, and so much more! Tabata Promo1 by                                                       . Tabata has done 3 key things for me that have been completely invaluable:
1. Break through the plateau
2. Given me an exercise that I can take anywhere
3. Plus given me a routine I can do with barely any time (only takes 4 minutes)

Hereโ€™s how Tabata works โ€“ you do 20 seconds of one activity (like running in place) as fast and as hard as you can go. Which is followed by 10 seconds of rest. This pattern continues for 8 cycles, each time changing your activity, taking a total of 4 minutes.

You can do anything you want jumping jacks, punches, squats, jabs, ski jumps, and more. The point is to do the activity at full intensity and then rest!

Go to the app store on your smartphone and look up Tabata, to find my favorite app purchase the TabataPro which has a bit more of the bells and whistles. Try out the different timing on the apps so that you can meet your current skill level and work on building!

If you are new to exercise or haven’t worked out in awhile it is always a good idea to first consult your doctor.

And remember – YES YOU CAN! Even if you do a few cycles, one quick set of movements.. anything! You are doing something! Your body will thank you, and after just a few sessions you will feel amazing.
