Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 apple
6-6 raw cashews
1 can organic pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp real maple syrup
1 cup coconut milk (not cream, make sure to get the drinking style)
1 cup ice
top with raw pecans

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until creamy.

2. Pour into a glass, serve as a Thanksgiving smoothie, and garnish with pecans!
